1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or damaged items

• Items without original packaging

• Sale or discounted items

• Personal items such as underwear, socks, or feeding accessories (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

3. We will confirm your return request and provide instructions for sending the product back.

4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or phone.

• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or wrong.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product:

• Follow the return process first.

• Place a new order for the desired item.

• We will process your new order once the original item is returned and approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
