3. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳ 70

• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

• Free delivery may be available on orders over ৳20,000 (subject to promotion).

4. Order Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email after placing your order.

• Unconfirmed or unreachable orders may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Delivery Process

• Our partnered courier service will deliver your order to your doorstep.

• Please ensure that your address, phone number, and other details are correct.

• Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive the product.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations.

• Please prepare the exact amount as mentioned in your invoice to hand over to the delivery agent.

7. Delays or Issues

• Ideal Kids Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

• If your order is delayed beyond expected time, please contact us immediately.

8. Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule.

• Orders not received after 2 attempts may be cancelled.
